HONESTY

Tell the truth at all times to build solid relationships with our customers. Complete honesty in little things is not a little thing at all. Honesty, ethics, integrity, values and morals may have different meanings but they all convey one thing – whether a person or organization can be trusted.

HARD WORK

Anything great that happens without hard work is a gift, not an achievement. We are not in business to receive gifts. Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard. If we are to be successful, we must give one hundred percent to every relationship we encounter and when we succeed, the customer benefits.

HAVE FUN

Hard work is much easier when you enjoy the work you do. You do not have to be born into your job. Learning to enjoy your work can be accomplished by making one small change – your attitude. We look forward to Mondays, not Fridays. Maintaining a positive attitude allows us to enjoy working with our customers and for them to enjoy working with us, and a positive attitude makes it much easier for all other values to fall in place.

GRATITUDE

We are thankful for whatever we are given, no matter how small. This does not mean we do not strive for greater accomplishments, but if we are not thankful for the game, how can we appreciate the championship? Providing a simple thank you is one way we show people we care.  It all comes down to the little things. When we take care of the little things, the big things will take care of themselves.

PAY IT FORWARD

When we have an opportunity to better someone’s life, we must do so. Our business is built around sales, but sales are built around relationships, and it is those relationships that afford us an opportunity to enrich the lives of those around us. By doing our part, we brighten someone’s day, ease their mind, provide hope and make things just a little bit better.

DO THE RIGHT THING WITHOUT HESITATION

When we are presented with an opportunity to do what’s right, we act without hesitation. When we fail, we fix it immediately and put it back together better than it was before. A company is only as good as own people. In order to excel we must all, without question, do the right thing every time.
